Our Process
Share Your Ideas

Request a Design
Our artists transform your ideas into a custom pin concept tailored to your chapter. You’ll receive a digital proof to review, and we’ll work with you on revisions until every detail looks just right. We collaborate closely so your final design truly represents your members and your mission.
Approve & Finalize
Once you’re happy with the artwork, you’ll approve the final proof and lock in your order. We double-check details like colors, size, plating, and optional add-ons to ensure accuracy before production begins. Nothing moves forward until you’re confident and excited about your design.
Production & Delivery
Your pins are crafted with quality materials and careful attention to detail. Once complete, they are packaged and shipped directly to your chapter, ready for ceremonies, conventions, or trading events.
